Spot X Underwater Vision recently had the pleasure of attending the Australian Society for Fish Biology annual conference, this year hosted in Melbourne, Victoria. Held over four days, the conference consisted of a number of plenary talks, special sessions and workshops, not to mention the all important social evenings!
Spot X had a number of products on display including the Squid, our live underwater drop and tow camera; our new Contour ROV; and a prototype of an upcoming product incorporating a Vemco acoustic receiver to a GoPro “camera trap” with an integrated light and laser scaler. We are really looking forward to releasing this product early in 2019, and judging by the feedback at the conference, many of you are also excited by it!
