With the recent release of multiple software updates from Blue Robotics, one of the most exciting features is the subtitle overlay feature. Using a subtitle file containing telemetry data from the Pixhawk flight controller allows a comprehensive video overlay to be generated. In this video, I show how the system works, and also how to hard-encode the overlay to the video for publishing and sending to clients. This feature can be used with the Spot X ATC towed video camera or the Blue Robotics BR2 ROV, or any other system using the ArduSub/QGC interface
