“Enhance, enhance”
Our standard Orpheus lens with flat port has an 80° in-water field-of-view, with minimal edge distortion, perfect for quantitative analysis. But when you need maximum vision (think diving, gear retrieval, infrastructure inspections etc), you want the widest field of view possible. So we added a new fish-eye camera lens, and coupled it with a dome port, to boost field-of-view by a whopping 75% to 140° in-water.
We've already sold out our first small run, mostly to offshore inspection teams and scientists conducting habitat surveys, but we'll have a new shipment soon. Available on new builds, or retrofit to existing cameras.
